My name’s Mike, though most people in the community know me as Brigadier General CableGuy. I’m the producer behind JSOC_TV, a streamer support guy, social media manager, and a tech problem solver. I dedicate a lot of my time to helping JSOC grow, supporting our members, and using every skill I’ve picked up over the years to help make this community something special.

Outside of gaming and content creation, I’m first and foremost a father to two amazing kids, ages 12 and 13. Family means everything to me, and that mindset carries over into how I treat this community. I’ve always believed people work best when they feel supported, valued, and free to be themselves — and that’s one of the reasons I love being part of JSOC. Everyone here brings something unique to the table, and that individuality is something worth celebrating.

Before all the streaming and production work, I spent nearly 20 years as a cable technician working throughout Comcast service areas. I helped build and maintain cable systems that delivered internet and communication services to homes and commercial properties. That career taught me how to troubleshoot under pressure, adapt quickly, and never stop learning. To this day, I’m still obsessed with anything tech-related. If there’s something I don’t know how to do yet, chances are I’m already researching it — and once I learn it, I usually never forget it.

I’m also a massive movie junkie. I quote films constantly — sometimes people catch the references, sometimes they don’t, but honestly, that’s just part of who I am. I’m a nerd at heart, a jack of all trades, master of none, and someone who genuinely enjoys figuring things out, creating content, and helping others along the way. I’m proud to be part of JSOC, and I’m even prouder to contribute my time, skills, and experience to the people here every single day.
