  • Some orders may arrive earlier, but customers should expect the full production timeline, especially during launches, events, or high-demand drops.

  • Selected JSOC* members may work directly with our creative team to develop personalized merchandise drops and division gear.

  • Community design requests may open in the future. At this time, merchandise designs are curated through the official JSOC* creative process.

  • Orders may ship separately depending on the production partner and item type.

  • Because many products are made to order, returns are limited unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Contact support with your order information and photos of the issue. We’ll work with the vendor to make it right.

  • Contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins or an order ships, address changes may no longer be possible.
